We could not have opened St Ursula’s E-ACT Academy without the amazing support of our parents. We are enormously grateful to the parents who have shown a real commitment in pursuing the best option for their children and for the children who will follow them in to the Academy over the coming years. We will ensure that the Academy is, and feels, accessible to parents.

We recognise the parent’s critical role as a child’s first educator and want to work closely with families. However, we also recognise that it is not only parents who support the learning of children beyond the doors of the Academy. Carers, childminders and grandparents also play a significant role in their learning and personal development.

The Academy will ensure that families are kept fully informed of their child’s progress throughout their time at the Academy. There will be many opportunities to become involved in the Academy.
